With the recent offering of housing products at the coastal communities in King Abdullah Economic City’s (KAEC) selling out in record time, KAEC will be launching additional land plots in “Al-Talah Gardens”, with prices starting at SR 299,000 and generous 3-year payment terms with zero interest and only a 20% down payment. The events will take a place at the Jeddah Hilton Hotel on December 6-7 and in Riyadh at the Al Faisaliah Hotel on December 11-12.
