Emaar The Economic City Announces Calling Candidature for Board Members Elections

Board membership nomination for the new Board session, to nominate nine members. The nomination for the Board Membership for the next session will be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Laws and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, in addition to Policy, Standards and Procedures for Membership in the Board of Directors of Emaar the Economic City Company (attached) approved by the General Assembly. Candidates will be nominated at the General Assembly Meeting, which will be announced later.
