Al Talah Gardens villas and Al Manazel land plots go on exhibit in Riyadh and Jeddah

King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) has started its exhibition for Al-Talah Gardens 1 phase three and Manazel Al-Murooj land plots at Al-Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh from 7-9 September 2014, followed by another three days event at the Jeddah Hilton Hotel from 13-15 September.
On this occasion, Mr. Fahd Al-Rasheed, Managing Director and CEO of KAEC, said: “Coastal communities at King Abdullah Economic City provide unique housing solutions, and today we are pleased to exhibit Al-Talah Gardens villas and Al-Manazel land plots in both Riyadh and Jeddah to our customers.”
Villas in Al Talah Gardens 1 phase 3 are spread over 85,000 sqm, and the community boasts landscaped open spaces, family friendly water features, a 1 km naturally shaded walking and cycle path stretching and curving through the community.
