King Abdullah Economic City, March 29th, 2018:

King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) is handing over residential villas in Phase 1 of the Talah Gardens district to owners.

The popular Al Talah Gardens District is a world-class residential community developed in five phases. Residential plots in all five phases have already been handed over. The handover of finished villas in Phase 1 is now underway and the community parks and recreation facilities are being activated.

“Residents of Al Talah Gardens enjoy a unique coastal community featuring state-of the-art infrastructure and the highest quality of public services. The delivery of new residential villas gives more for families and individuals the opportunity to own their dream home,” said Charles Biele, CEO of KAEC’S Real Estate Development Company (REDCO). “The development of the Al Talah Gardens community continues to proceed ahead of schedule, reflecting strong demand and progress across the city as a whole.”

Al Talah Gardens utilities networks including electricity, fiber optic telecom networks, potable water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage and irrigation are now completed according to the highest international and Saudi standards. The community also features lush green spaces, a walking path and playground areas for children. The community center at Al Talah Gardens is in the final stages of completion and includes separate outdoor swimming pools for men, women and children, a gym, a yoga room, and a multi-purpose room that can be used for events and leisure activities.

Covering over 525,300 m2 of land, Al Talah Gardens 1 comprises 423 residential single family plots and 179 single family villas. Villas come in two exterior architectural styles: Arabic and Spanish, with each available in four different sizes ranging from 3202 to 480 m2 to welcome different family sizes in the same community.

The villas are also offered with a variety of finishing options – Silver, Gold and Platinum – giving customers a wide array of choices of AC system, interior finish, built-in wardrobes and kitchen layouts to accommodate all their needs.

“King Abdullah Economic City is witnessing growing demand for its various residential projects across all income levels,” said Charles Biele. “The Haramain railway station, which has already started limited commercial operations, adds to the appeal of the city to people who seek a unique modern lifestyle and a standout residential environment.”
