King Abdullah Economic City is and will be a dynamic city that evolves over time, responding and adjusting its growth, based on market conditions and the feasibility of development. The meticulous planning of the city phased out over an extended development period is a calculated move to ensure a genuine return on investments. At every stage, it will be ensured that the city extensions done fit the demands and follow best-practices to guarantee success.
